Tony Ball is the Chief Executive Officer of Entrust, leading the company’s mission to protect the identities of people, data, and devices from fraud and cyber threats. He is driven by a deep belief that trust must be built into every digital interaction—from verifying identity at onboarding to securing connections and preventing fraud in everyday transactions.

Tony brings more than two decades of global leadership experience across identity, authentication, and security technologies. Since joining Entrust in 2016, he has led major parts of the business – including access control, authentication, and the Payments & Identity portfolio – helping advance the company’s growth in identity verification, digital and physical card solutions, and secure digital interactions. Before his time at Entrust, Tony held senior executive roles at HID Global and Gemalto, building deep expertise across the identity and security sectors. His career began at Schlumberger Technologies, where he spent over 20 years in leadership roles across multiple regions.

Under his leadership, Entrust’s comprehensive solutions help customers secure every step of the identity lifecycle—verifying identity at onboarding, protecting credentials and transactions, and enabling continuous monitoring to safeguard keys, secrets, and certificates. With this identity centric foundation, organizations can operate, innovate, and grow with confidence.

Tony’s passion lies in high growth customer centric use case challenges, scaling through business process excellence and is a culture champion who wants people to deliver to their full potential. For Tony, identity matters, and in this new world of AI and with Post-Quantum on the horizon, he couldn’t be more driven to succeed.

Mike Baxter leads all Entrust product management and development teams across its issuance, identity security, and data security solutions. He applies a deep knowledge of AI and post-quantum security to the company’s technology and platform strategy to anticipate future customer use cases. 

Dr. Baxter has been part of the Entrust leadership team since 2010. Previously he held the position of Vice President, Engineering and Operations for FSI International, a global provider of semiconductor processing equipment. He also held leadership positions in product development for the Solvay Group, both in Europe and the USA. Mr. Baxter holds a doctorate in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Minnesota.

Kurt Ishaug is Chief Financial Officer at Entrust, overseeing Financial Planning and Reporting, Revenue Operations, and the company’s global real estate portfolio. Ishaug joined Entrust in 2006 bringing extensive financial leadership experience to the role, with a strong focus on operational excellence, strategic planning, and enabling sustainable business growth.

Lisa Tibbits is Chief Legal and Compliance Officer at Entrust, leading the company’s global legal, regulatory, and compliance functions. In this role, she helps ensure Entrust operates with integrity as it delivers identitycentric security solutions that enable trusted interactions around the world. Tibbits joined Entrust in 2000 and has advanced the company’s strategy through acquisitions, international growth, and complex business initiatives, while maintaining a strong culture of compliance that supports innovation, resilience, and customer trust.

Karen Kaukol is Chief Marketing Officer at Entrust, focused on building brand leadership and driving growth across the company’s identity-centric security portfolio. She joined Entrust in 2016.

Kaukol is motivated by Entrust’s role in securing the identity lifecycle and is passionate about simplifying complex technologies for customers. She brings more than 20 years of experience across marketing, product management and product development, with deep expertise in B2B payments, fintech, identity and security markets.

Kelsey Holthus is Chief Human Resources Officer at Entrust, focused on organization and talent development while continuing to evolve the Entrust culture for the company’s next phase of growth. Holthus has been with Entrust since 2008, where she has been a strong partner for growth in HR leadership roles across the business, with deep expertise in organizational design and development, change management and compensation.

Anudeep Parhar is the Chief Operating Officer – Digital at Entrust, leading the company’s digital operation to create value at the intersection of Identity, Cybersecurity, and AI. With deep expertise in leveraging digital and AI strategies to drive business outcomes, Parhar focuses on enabling growth, strengthening cyber trust, enhancing competitive positioning, and delivering customer value. Since joining Entrust in 2016, he has been a catalyst to the company’s cloud evolution and the advancing agentic AI strategies.

Brian Urkiel is the Senior Vice President of Operations of Entrust, leading the Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, Order Management and Custom Solutions functions. Urkiel originally joined Entrust in 2008, and has a strong process focused and problem-solving approach to operations with a deep understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, and fulfillment operations.

Patrick Steele is Chief Sales Officer at Entrust, leading global sales across all Entrust business segments. Steele has a use-case focused approach, showing customers how they can leverage Entrust identity-centric security solutions to fight fraud and cyber threats across the customer journey and at the foundations of enterprise data security. Steele joined Entrust in 2016 and has deep expertise in global sales and channel development, and building customer relationships.

Matt Stern is Senior Vice President, Business Development & Strategic Alliances, supporting Entrust’s growth through the execution of Acquisitions, Joint Ventures, Strategic Investments and Alliances.  He joined Entrust in 2009, helping to transform Entrust into the leader in identity-centric security and completing transactions worth more than $1.5 billion in the process.

Ajay Jindal is Senior Vice President, Business Process & Automation at Entrust, focused on accelerating enterprise transformation through automation, AI, and scalable operating models. He brings a pragmatic, outcomes-driven approach, aligning business strategy with technology to improve efficiency, enhance customer experience, and drive measurable impact. Ajay has deep expertise in automation, AI, and business process optimization, helping the organization streamline operations and support its next phase of growth.

As Senior Vice President of Customer Success, Erika Cowen leads the Entrust Customer Success organization, encompassing customer success management, technical support, and professional services. She is focused on strengthening end‑to‑end customer experiences, driving measurable outcomes, that drive long-term customer retention and growth.

Cowen joined Entrust from F5, where she served as Vice President of Customer Success and built global teams supporting large enterprise customers in highly complex environments.

Siddharth (Bobby) Mehta has extensive expertise and senior management experience in the financial services industry. He was President and CEO of TransUnion from 2007 to 2012. From 1998 to 2007, he held a variety of positions with HSBC Finance Corporation and HSBC North America Holdings, including CEO of HSBC North America Holdings and CEO of HSBC Finance Corporation. Previously, he was Senior Vice President at The Boston Consulting Group, where he led the North American Financial Services Practice. He has been on the Board of TransUnion since 2013, and is a Member of the Board of Directors at Allstate, Northern Trust, JLL (non-exec Chair), Amount, and Entrust. Mr. Mehta also serves on several not-for-profit Boards, including The Field Museum and The Chicago Public Education Fund.

Jana Schreuder is an experienced business leader with deep operational expertise in banking the financial industries. She drove global growth and innovation for nearly 40 years at Northern Trust Corporation, where she was in executive leadership for over a decade, including Chief Operating officer 2015-2018 and President of Wealth Management 2011-2015. Ms. Schreuder has served on several Boards in addition to Entrust, including N.T. Butterfield, Blucora, and LifePoint Health, and on non-profit Boards including Women Corporate Directors in New York and Chicago, the Lyric Opera of Chicago, and the Chicago Public Education Fund. She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration at Southern Methodist University, and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Dr. Val Rahmani has over 30 years experience in the technology and financial services industries, with a history of success as a board member, corporate executive, and start-up CEO. She serves as a Director of the London Stock Exchange Group, Renaissance, Computer Task Group, and Rungway. She was previously CEO of Damballa, a VC-funded cyber security company in Atlanta, GA. Ms. Rahmani was at IBM for 28 years, where she as most recently General Manager of IBM Internet Security Systems and previously was General Manager of the $2.7B Global Technology Services businesses, head of the Sales and Services Strategy unit, GM of IBM’s $3.5B UNIX server business, and GM of IBM’s Mobile business. She holds a Master of Arts and Doctor of Philosophy in Chemistry from Oxford University, England.

Sath Krishnamurthy has been leading and building successful teams at technology companies as CEO and senior leadership team member for more than 20 years. He is currently Founder and Managing Partner at Security Leadership Capital, a boutique seed-stage cybersecurity venture capital firm. Mr. Krishnamurthy was CEO of Voltage Security from 2003-2015 through its acquisition and integration into HP Enterprise Security. Prior to Voltage, he was VP of Marketing and Business Development at ValiCert and VP and General Manager of Worldtalk. He is an investor, advisor and Board member for several companies, including TalonX, Byos, DeepFactor and CallSign. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Noopur Davis is Corporate Executive Vice President, Chief Information Security and Product Privacy Officer for Comcast, a Fortune 30 telecommunications and media conglomerate with $116 billion in revenue, 184,000 employees, and more than 54 million customer relationships in the U.S. and Europe. 

She joined Comcast in 2016, and currently leads an innovative global team of over 1200 cybersecurity and privacy professionals who protect one of the largest networks in the world. Her responsibilities include product security and privacy; cloud security, information and infrastructure security, cybersecurity risk; security engineering, security incident response, the Legal Response Center, and technical fraud. Her teams build security products and platforms for internal use and for sale by Comcast Business. Her teams also run the commercial security operations centers to support Comcast Business customers.

Howard Boville, joined IBM on May 1st, 2020, as the first member of the CEO and Chairman’s new executive leadership team. In this role, Howard directs IBM Hybrid Cloud Platform, with full P&L ownership for this business. He leads a global team of Sales, Marketing, Product Development, Engineers, Operations and M&A professionals. 

Since joining IBM, Howard pivoted its cloud access and created a new category of industry clouds, built specifically to meet the demanding needs of regulated industries including government, financial services, telecommunications, and health care. 

Prior to joining IBM, Howard served as head of infrastructure and cloud services in support of Bank of America’s consumer business, wealth management, small business and corporate and investment banking. In this role Howard reported to the group of Chief Technology Officer.
